Building Regulations for Electrical Installations in Dwellings
2393 is designed for electricians and building construction workers to understand important building requirements and compliance methods with the Certificate in Building Regulations for Electrical Installations in Dwellings. On completion successful candidates will understand how electrical installations in homes can affect the building construction.
The qualification is aimed at electricians or qualified individuals in an allied trade. You should also be practicing your trade in England and Wales, as there are different regulations governing Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Part P includes questions not only on the requirements for electrical installations (Part P) but also for other parts of the Building Regulations (Parts A, B ,C, E, F ,L and M) that persons carrying out electrical installations are expected to understand and comply with.
The Part P 2393 is an open book exam and has two permitted texts.
